Senior Clinical Contract Manager (Biopharmaceutical, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves managing and supporting the contracting process with clinical sites and service providers in the biopharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Hellerup, Denmark, and requires collaboration with cross-functional global teams to enhance contract management efficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical site contracting, clinical outsourcing, or clinical operations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and finalization of agreements with clinical sites, including non-disclosure agreements, site contracts, budgets, and amendments.
• Oversee the preparation and finalization of agreements with clinical service providers, such as non-disclosure agreements, work orders, and change orders.
• Support colleagues in Site Contracts & Budgets and Global Clinical Outsourcing with documentation tracking and filing.
• Develop and contribute to processes, standards, and templates for efficient contract management.
• Maintain relationships with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders involved in the contracting process.

Education
