Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to refine evaluation approaches for clinical AI
  • Conduct hands-on experiments and develop prototypes for testing
  • Apply statistical rigor to product decisions and regulatory discussions
  • Analyze clinical literature to inform product enhancements
  • Represent the scientific approach in partner and customer interactions
  • Translate clinical feedback into measurable evaluation criteria
  • Produce scientific outputs like case studies and white papers to enhance credibility

Skills

  • Strong clinical and scientific background
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
  • Effective communication skills for articulating complex concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Education

  • MD and PhD required

Tools

  • Familiarity with NLP, ML evaluation, or AI benchmarking is a plus
  • Experience with agentic coding or data analysis tools is beneficial
