Clinical Research Scientist (Biotechnology, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading or co-leading clinical trials within a program, ensuring alignment with the global development strategy. Collaboration with a Medical Director and senior Clinical Research Scientists is essential for delivering high-quality results in clinical trial activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead less-complex clinical trials within a program.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and senior Clinical Research Scientists.
• Assist in executing clinical trials in accordance with the clinical development plan (CDP).
• Help develop trial protocols and regulatory documents.
• Contribute to the creation of electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing data review and summarize efficacy and safety data.
• Engage in country/site selection and feasibility assessments.
• Support the development of charters and coordinate committee meetings.
• Prepare presentations for Investigator meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• PhD, Pharm D, MS, or equivalent degree in medical, biological, pharmaceutical science, or related field.
• Clinical research experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in oncology/hematology drug development is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
