Job summary

This role involves supporting the development and execution of global collection strategies for a retail organization. The Collection Management Specialist will blend analytical thinking with creative intuition to shape the product portfolio, ensuring collections are relevant and commercially successful.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, merchandising, assortment planning, or related roles.
• Creative backgrounds with an interest in developing analytical and commercial skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and Creative teams to evolve the product portfolio, balancing creativity with commercial viability.
• Conduct trend research and cultural insights to inform product recommendations for seasonal collections.
• Analyze performance metrics such as sell-through and SKU productivity to support collection strategies.
• Develop structured assortment plans and manage global assortment frameworks for consistency across markets.
• Inform pricing strategies and track product lifecycle performance for optimization.
• Partner with Marketing to translate product plans into actionable collection briefs and enhance retail presentation.

Skills

• Strong eye for trends and passion for storytelling and jewelry design.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English is required.

Education

• Equivalent mix of experience and education is acceptable, with a focus on commercial understanding and creative insight.

Tools

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel is essential.
