• Advanced skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Strong commercial acumen to connect data insights with revenue and execution outcomes.
• Experience in presenting complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
• A curious and structured thinker with a focus on improving data-driven business decisions.
• Python skills are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data-driven partner for Commercial and Field Sales Leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Convert commercial strategies into measurable KPIs and performance tracking frameworks.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales and execution performance.
• Design and maintain Power BI reporting solutions tailored to business needs.
• Manage the monthly market and performance reporting cycle for accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide analytical support for business reviews.
• Ensure effective communication of insights to non-technical audiences.
