  • Establish and facilitate a cross-market forum for sharing best practices.
  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical commercial processes.
  • Make decisions on commercial consent topics based on thorough analysis.
  • Drive consent handling across commercial platforms, particularly CRM systems.
  • Manage depersonalization and data handling for future use cases.
  • Prioritize consent-related initiatives and develop business cases.
  • Collaborate with legal, customer experience, IT, and market teams.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Commercial mindset with respect for regulatory boundaries.
  • Independent and pragmatic approach, with the ability to push back when necessary.
  • Experience in consent management and data privacy processes is advantageous.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is essential.
