Data Analyst (Travel, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves transforming raw travel search data into actionable insights for media and public relations, supporting global campaigns through data analysis and visualization. The position requires working from the Copenhagen office at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Superset, Datawrapper, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and scope data requests from PR and local media, delivering clean datasets.
• Collaborate with PR and communications teams to shape data narratives.
• Build and maintain automated SQL/Python pipelines for recurring data requests.
• Create and manage self-service dashboards for trend exploration.
• Ensure data quality and work with Data Engineering to enhance models.
• Document methodologies for non-technical users.
