Job summary

This role involves working within a Nordic Advanced Analytics and Risk Modeling Team, focusing on analytics-based decision making to enhance responsible lending practices. The position is open to candidates in any Nordic country where the company operates.

Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
• Knowledge of modeling techniques including Logistic Regression, CHAID/CART, and Random Forest.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced models for risk assessment and management.
• Enhance model calibration, stability, and predictive power through re-calibrations and adjustments.
• Conduct monitoring and back-testing of models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business needs and data insights.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks as required.
