Data Steward (Student Assistant, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and availability of data within an organization, working closely with various business teams to maintain accurate and well-documented data.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digitalization, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, or CRM tools (Salesforce or Power BI is advantageous).
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Improve data quality by cleaning, validating, and maintaining CRM data to ensure high accuracy and consistency. Monitor data quality issues and suggest solutions.
• Provide ad-hoc support for Salesforce-related tasks, including data extraction and user guidance on best practices.
• Assist in documenting processes and workflows during digital transformation initiatives and evaluate new tools or enhancements.
• Optionally support the maintenance of dashboards and basic analytics using Salesforce reports or tools like Excel/Power BI.
