Responsibilities

• Lead design for LEGO retail experiences, including product lines like Build A Minifigure and Pick A Brick.
• Collaborate with project and product management teams to shape the retail experiences portfolio.
• Co-develop strategies and business cases for product maturation.
• Drive the maturation phase of products, ensuring alignment with creative vision and business objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
