This position offers a 24-month rotational program designed for recent graduates to gain experience in Government Affairs & Patient Advocacy, Market Access, and Pricing & Trade within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

  • Relevant master's degree in economics, political science, public health, business, international affairs, or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to work across diverse cultures.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive projects related to pricing, policy, market access, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct analyses and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters and local market teams.
  • Engage with external stakeholders as needed based on project scope.

Skills

  • Understanding of healthcare systems and policy analysis.
  • Knowledge of pricing fundamentals and reimbursement processes.
  • Ability to navigate political environments and build relationships with authorities and patient groups.
  • Cross-functional project leadership and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Education

  • A master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as PESTEL for policy analysis.
