Job summary

An experienced EMEA Finance Director is sought to manage the finance function across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective financial processes. This role involves overseeing multiple sub-departments and leading a team of 20 employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director with a commercial and analytical mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or business operations, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to driving results.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Solid understanding of compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function across EMEA, ensuring timely and efficient financial processes and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Transform the finance function into a proactive business partner for the regional organization.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team and external partners.
• Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to business leaders to drive growth and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on business excellence, analytics, compliance, and ESG.
