ERP Finance Lead (Biotech, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on leading finance transformation initiatives through ERP solutions within the supply chain of a global biotech organization. The ERP Finance Lead will ensure financial governance and alignment with business strategies while optimizing finance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance related to supply chain or operations, with practical ERP experience.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, costing, and manufacturing finance flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across finance, IT, and operations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams in ERP programs throughout the entire lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment for supply chain processes.
• Translate supply chain business requirements into scalable finance and ERP solutions.
• Drive integration across core processes such as design to retire, plan to produce, and source to pay.
• Ensure standardization of processes, strong internal controls, compliance, and high-quality data governance.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare support while identifying automation and efficiency improvements.
• Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and continuous process improvement.
