Experienced .NET Developer (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

An experienced .NET Developer is sought to enhance delivery capacity and quality in a critical healthcare solution. This role involves modernizing architecture, testing, performance, and user experience while maintaining daily customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an active .NET development role.
• Proficient in C#/.NET and ASP.NET (MVC/Razor Pages or equivalent).
• Experience with Blazor or relevant front-end experience.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing (xUnit/NUnit) and writing testable code.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with PRs and code reviews.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions in C#/.NET, focusing on stability, performance, and security.
• Build and enhance UI components in Blazor.
• Contribute to modernization efforts and improve codebase change velocity.
• Strengthen unit testing and contribute to integration testing.
• Participate in technical discussions, refinements, and estimations.
• Ensure operational and release readiness through logging, error handling, and documentation.

Skills

• Experience with legacy modernization and familiarity with Danish integrations (e.g., Datafordeler, NemLogin).
• Knowledge of observability practices and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration.
• Experience with EF Core, SQL performance, and migrations.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software development.
