Job summary

This role involves providing financial analysis and partnership for key operating expenses across Nordic countries within a dynamic FP&A team. The position is a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance partnership or relevant commercial/supply chain roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with large datasets; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent analytical skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools for logistics cost analysis.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to enhance performance monitoring and drive efficiencies.
• Analyze trends in logistics costs and provide insights for optimization.
• Lead the forecasting process for advertising and consumer promotion expenses, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Supervise variance analysis and collaborate with stakeholders on budget utilization.
• Prepare periodic reports on operating expenses and ensure compliance with financial plans.
• Champion digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency through automated solutions.
• Provide training and support to teams on investment activities and best practices.
