About the role

Job summary

This role involves acting as a key liaison between finance and business operations, providing strategic financial insights and analysis to enhance performance and decision-making in the offshore wind sector.

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international medium to large organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure accurate forecasting of costs and revenues.
  • Facilitate budget follow-ups using dashboards and prepare financial reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop reporting processes and assist in creating dashboards and automated reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to clarify financial implications of business decisions.
  • Collaborate with accounting and financial controlling teams during financial closing periods.
  • Support compliance and external audit processes.

Skills

  • Digitally proficient with various platforms and systems, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in business intelligence; experience with Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
