Job summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and presentations to management within a growing software company. This role ensures the delivery of accurate and timely financial information through structured reporting tools and drives improvements in financial governance, including procedures and system automation.

Qualifications

• Experience as an auditor with international clients.
• Previous roles as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar, providing hands-on insight into financial assignments.
• Relevant academic background at BA or Master level.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Danish accounting principles, preferably IFRS, and tax legislation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in complex environments.
• High general IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting to management on financial figures, SaaS metrics, and KPIs.
• Deliver presentations to management based on thorough financial analysis.
• Prepare the company’s annual report annually.
• Manage statutory and interim audits.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Responsible for salary management at headquarters.
• Drive operational improvements and digital automation initiatives.
• Contribute to the review and adjustment of financial procedures and processes.
