Forward Deployed AI Scientist (Remote, Nordic Region)

Job summary

This role involves designing and developing scalable AI solutions that integrate with business domains to create impactful technology. The position is part of a collaborative AI Delivery team focused on executing AI use cases across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with 5+ years for senior roles.
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python, with experience in building scalable codebases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale AI applications from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful problems through AI.
• Explore and implement emerging AI tools and frameworks, creating proof-of-concepts.
• Partner with engineers and product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Develop advanced machine learning models for various applications.

Skills

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to AI/ML.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with diverse teams.
• For senior roles: experience leading cross-functional collaboration.

Education

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in relevant fields.

Tools

• Familiarity with agent development frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI) and methodologies for agent testing and performance monitoring is a plus.
