Job summary

This role involves contributing to project-based AI opportunities by designing computational biology problems and creating Python-based solutions. Contributors will engage in tasks that simulate real biology research workflows and require advanced reasoning in bioinformatics and related fields.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical validation; familiarity with MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, or similar programming languages is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in applied biology, research, or teaching.
• Experience with biological data analysis and algorithms.
• Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
• Strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, subject to project requirements.
• Earnings can reach up to $45 per hour, depending on experience and contribution pace, with variations based on project scope and complexity.
