This part-time remote freelance position focuses on specialized data scraping workflows within a hybrid AI and human system. The role requires technical professionals with experience in web scraping, data extraction, and processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, AI automation, data engineering, or software development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2 or above) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring accuracy and reliable delivery of structured datasets.
• Utilize internal tools (Apify, OpenRouter) and custom workflows to enhance data collection and validation processes.
• Adapt extraction techniques for dynamic web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
• Maintain data quality through validation checks and consistency controls before delivery.
• Scale scraping operations for large datasets and monitor for stability against minor site changes.

Skills

• Proficient in Python web scraping using tools like BeautifulSoup and Selenium for complex sites and APIs.
• Expertise in navigating complex data structures and handling various HTML formats.
• Strong data processing skills to clean, normalize, and validate scraped data into structured formats (CSV, JSON, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
