Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in roles such as Full-Stack Developer, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies, including modern cloud platforms and containerization.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple engineering squads in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models like Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering quality and standards across full-stack teams.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction.
• Incorporate automation and AI to enhance engineering efficiency.
• Coach and mentor engineers to improve skills and performance.

Education
