Job summary
A Full Stack Developer is sought to enhance the Digital Presence department, focusing on backend development while also engaging in front-end tasks. This role involves modernizing applications and services for internal and external users, transitioning from IIS-based virtual servers to scalable, cloud-native solutions using Azure serverless architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs, emphasizing Azure serverless technologies.
- Build and maintain user-facing features using the React framework.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with architectural best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, cloud capabilities, and industry trends.
Skills
- Strong backend development experience, ideally with .NET or similar technologies.
- Experience with Azure serverless architecture (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
