About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing global business processes within the Parts, Distribution & Logistics division, focusing on process improvements and system implementations across Distribution Centers (DCs). The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements with IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing process improvements and ERP/WMS system implementation projects, particularly in supply chain processes.
  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of supply chain frameworks and project management methodologies, including agile approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global process documentation and align supply chain processes across DCs.
  • Translate business needs into IT requirements during ERP replacement projects.
  • Support DC key-users in defining test scenarios and resolving issues during system roll-out.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain processes within the PDL division.
  • Foster a process community by sharing best practices across the organization.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in international environments.
  • Open mindset with a curiosity to understand and enhance business operations.

Education

  • A university degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, as well as project management tools and methodologies.
