Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Proven collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Planning teams
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience leading or coordinating globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, consolidation, and validation of the global demand forecast for Ingredients portfolios and regions
  • Integrate statistical forecasting models, historical data, commercial inputs, and market trends to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Identify key demand drivers, risks, and opportunities and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
  • Perform root-cause analysis on forecast accuracy and bias and drive improvement actions with regional teams
  • Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, financial plans, budgets, and strategic outlooks
  • Translate demand plans into actionable inputs for global and regional supply planning teams
  • Support monthly Demand Review activities within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including assumptions and analytics
  • Ensure regional demand inputs comply with global standards defined by the Business Planning Center of Excellence (COE)

Skills

  • Experience in Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or Consumer Packaged Goods environments is a plus
  • Exposure to planning Centers of Excellence or digital supply chain transformations
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics and visualization tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
