Global FP&A Analyst (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading global budgeting and forecasting cycles while managing the Anaplan planning platform. The analyst will design planning models, ensure data integrity, and provide insights for strategic decision-making across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles, with global exposure preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating with teams across regions.
• Administer and enhance the Anaplan platform, including model improvements and user support.
• Conduct analysis and scenario modeling to guide strategy and resource allocation.
• Consolidate financial results and create management reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with regional finance leaders to align on assumptions and decisions.
• Train Anaplan users and promote best practices within the planning community.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout planning cycles.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and perform high-priority ad-hoc analyses.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
