Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in pension operations
  • Hands-on experience with global pension programs
  • Knowledge of global pension compliance and governance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global pension operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all plan types
  • Oversee governance activities, including audits and risk assessments
  • Manage data workflows, focusing on automation and data quality
  • Handle global pension financials, including contribution calculations and compliance
  • Coordinate funding and payment operations, including invoice processing
  • Support pension enrollments and terminations in collaboration with HR and Payroll
  • Serve as the escalation point for employee inquiries and resolve complex issues
  • Drive process optimization and automation for improved operational reliability
