Group Process Owner (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing processes related to banking, fraud prevention, and vendor portal operations within a fast-paced environment focused on digitalization and automation. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high data quality and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer, vendor, bank, and business partner-related master data management processes.
• Familiarity with process mapping, description, and improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of finance is essential; knowledge of SAP and auditing is a plus.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; Danish is not required.

Responsibilities

• Define governance for banking and fraud processes to maintain data quality.
• Manage the vendor portal, including its maintenance and continuous improvements.
• Create and implement standards, processes, and documentation related to banking and fraud.
• Conduct audits and training for Global Business Services to ensure governance compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance and finance teams to enhance fraud prevention measures.
• Implement new legal requirements and identify potential partners for process assistance.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
