Head of Finance Business Partnering (Consulting, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves leading finance within a transformative environment, acting as a strategic partner to the Group CFO and the Danish CEO. The position is pivotal in driving financial performance and ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and financial direction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within a large international organization, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong background in business partnering or as a CFO.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into actionable financial targets and plans.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, margin, and mix within the Danish business.
• Challenge assumptions and stress-test business cases to improve decision quality.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Track KPIs related to revenue, margin, working capital, and cash flow, ensuring timely action on gaps.
• Develop and lead a team, ensuring high standards of financial partnership across all business units.
• Enhance the finance function by developing tools and improving reporting clarity.

Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nordic or Baltic languages is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
