Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, deal operations, client delivery, or chief of staff roles, preferably in media, AI, or tech.
• Proven experience managing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to design scalable systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
