Job summary

The Head of Supply Chain Center of Excellence will lead a centralized capability focused on data-driven supply chain decisions, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role will oversee supply chain analytics, process excellence, and governance to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain operations or CoE functions in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in a global organizational context.
• High sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Supply Chain CoE strategy and governance model aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Establish the CoE as the primary source for supply chain performance and best practices.
• Manage parts cataloguing and master data management for efficient execution.
• Enhance visibility through supply chain control towers and data governance frameworks.
• Act as Global Process Owner for key end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring consistency across execution areas.
• Lead initiatives for process redesign and simplification to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
