Job summary

An experienced Health Economics & Reimbursement Manager is sought to support market access for medical technologies in the EMEA region. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure equitable patient access to innovative healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or a postgraduate qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in health economics, outcomes research, or medical device technology assessment, with a successful track record in reimbursement applications.
• Strong understanding of health economic models and reimbursement systems in the EMEA region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for gaining and maintaining reimbursement for medical technologies.
• Build partnerships with health policy experts and key opinion leaders to enhance market access strategies.
• Execute market access strategies, including Health Technology Assessments and reimbursement applications.
• Contribute to evidence development plans and clinical study designs.
• Conduct health economic analyses to support market access initiatives.
• Create product value stories and regional value dossiers for EMEA countries.
• Communicate clinical and economic evidence to relevant audiences and publish research findings.
• Provide education and training on reimbursement and health economics to internal and external stakeholders.
