Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in information management and data analysis within a humanitarian context.
• Proven ability to lead and direct information management efforts in humanitarian organizations.
• Strong technical expertise in humanitarian information management and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in capacity building.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish, French, or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic data initiatives aligned with core humanitarian priorities, including Disaster Risk Management and Health.
• Drive innovative solutions for data analysis and explore various methods for data collection and use.
• Support technical teams in enhancing data utilization within their operations.
• Provide technical support to operations and country offices for effective data management.
• Foster a culture of digital and data literacy, enhancing capacities for data-related tasks.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization and with partners.
