The Innovation Hub Director will lead the operations of an innovation hub focused on enhancing national security through collaboration with government partners. • Proven track record in research collaboration and innovation processes.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with government and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating plans and budgets aligned with corporate strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement the organization’s vision.
• Oversee team development and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Manage financial resources and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
• Lead marketing and public relations efforts, including media engagement and material production.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies and oversee grant applications.
