Insurance & Claims Analyst (Marine, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves managing marine insurance matters, including claims records, submissions, and the administration of documentation and invoices related to insurance. The position is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months starting June 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew claims managed by crew managers.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all insurance documentation, including Cover Notes and Certificates of Entry.
• Distribute insurance documentation to relevant parties during renewals and as needed throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements for all insurance documentation.
• Track and maintain records for all Hull & Machinery (H&M) and Protection & Indemnity (P&I) claims.
• Coordinate additional war insurance coverage with the operations team and pool operator as necessary.
• Manage all insurance-related invoices and credit notes.
• Keep an updated record of annual premiums payable for each insurance.
