Job summary

The Integrated Planning and Analytics Lead is responsible for driving comprehensive planning excellence within the Infusion Care Business Unit. This role focuses on forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and analytics to ensure operational plans align with commercial signals, thereby supporting product availability and efficient cash management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP leadership at a market or regional level.
• Proficiency in SAP and IBP modules is highly desirable.
• Global experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals, is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with business acumen.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments.
• Highly organized and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning efforts, ensuring collaboration with Supply Planning teams.
• Translate commercial signals into actionable demand plans and manage forecast accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies aligned with business priorities, optimizing finished goods levels.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including new product introductions and transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and inventory management processes.
