Job summary

The Integrated Planning and Analytics Lead is responsible for driving planning excellence within the Infusion Care Business Unit, focusing on forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and analytics. This role ensures that commercial signals are effectively translated into operational plans, supporting data-driven decision-making and product availability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP leadership at a market or regional level.
• Proficiency in SAP and IBP modules is highly desirable.
• Background in the healthcare sector, particularly in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals, is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent critical thinking and process-oriented skills.
• Self-starter with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments.
• Highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning, ensuring collaboration with Supply Planning teams.
• Manage customer forecast governance, translating commercial signals into demand plans and aligning with S&OP processes.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies, optimizing finished goods levels and addressing excess inventory.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product introductions and transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and inventory performance.
