Investor Relations Officer (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves joining a Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations team, focusing on capital markets communication, corporate disclosure, and financial storytelling. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or similar fields.
• Educational background in finance, economics, business, communication, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and other IR materials.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting materials.
• Draft and review press releases, company announcements, and IR-related website content.
• Conduct research on peers, market developments, analyst commentary, and investor sentiment.
• Organize and prepare for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Monitor share price movements, consensus estimates, and shareholder information.
• Support the overall organization and administration of the investor relations function.
