Job summary

This part-time position is designed for a student interested in AI and its applications within the commercial sector of real estate. The role involves supporting AI adoption and related initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or early-stage Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in AI and technology.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Clear writing skills and structured work approach.
• Business-oriented and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the adoption of AI initiatives within the commercial business.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Document methods, prompts, and workflows.
• Conduct research and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create process maps and meeting notes to facilitate project progress.
• Monitor progress and impact of AI initiatives.
• Support various analyses and tasks related to AI and Letting.

Skills

• Strong interest in AI and digital development.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and data.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a technical environment and willingness to learn quickly.

Education
