Junior Financial & Operations Analyst (Remote, Latin America)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong organizational skills to manage recurring deadlines
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Generate and download weekly and monthly financial and operational reports
• Compile raw data into standardized Excel templates for tracking property performance and expense trends
• Support budget tracking and variance analysis across the portfolio
• Transform raw data into professional reports and internal presentations
• Perform routine audits to ensure system entries align with established SOPs
• Follow up with property managers or vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Support delinquency tracking workflows and reporting
• Assist with accounts payable reconciliation and invoice processing
• Monitor data synchronization across financial and property management systems
• Assist with basic system administration and improvements to reporting workflows
• Maintain organized file structures, documentation, and audit trails

Skills

• Experience with property management or accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, AvidXchange)
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier)
• Exposure to real estate, multifamily operations, or property finance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
