Responsibilities

• Drive the resolution process for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels, ensuring targets for resolution speed are met.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve fulfilment blockers and identify recurring issues.
• Make informed decisions on complex cases, balancing logic and empathy.
• Monitor fulfilment patterns to identify bottlenecks and reduce average lead times.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks to ensure secure operations.
• Partner with the Automation team to suggest tech solutions for efficiency.
• Provide high-quality written communication to partners and customers.
• Work cross-functionally to share insights and maintain a high-performing environment.
