Job summary

The role involves supporting sales and commercial managers in the Northern & Central Europe region by enhancing internal sales governance and improving contracting processes. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • A master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical expertise in commercial modeling and business case analysis.
  • Experience in complex contracting negotiations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing commercial governance and efficiency, considering various perspectives such as operational, contractual, and sales.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and present recommendations to management.
  • Identify and lead improvement areas and business requirements, collaborating with global and group functions for implementation.

  • Proficient in analyzing processes to create clear solutions for complex issues.
  • Comfortable working with data and presenting findings.
  • Ability to foster successful partnerships with stakeholders in a complex organizational structure.

  • Persistent and dedicated to delivering effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education

  • Relevant master's degree (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Economics).

Tools

  • Experience with commercial modeling tools and business analysis software is preferred.
