Job summary

This role focuses on strategic cost management within the energy sector, specifically in onshore wind projects. The Lead Cost Specialist will play a crucial part in shaping cost governance and ensuring alignment across various regions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field
• Extensive experience in cost management, financial modeling, or bid support
• Proficient in advanced Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP SAC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in a global or matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Organize the quarterly cost release process and coordinate updates across reference sites
• Align scope, schedule, and cost changes with regional teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clarity and alignment
• Support the implementation of a global SAC cost model and contribute to process standardization
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on cost data to support bid strategies
• Oversee global cost governance
