Job summary
This role focuses on strategic cost management within the energy sector, specifically in onshore wind projects. The Lead Cost Specialist will play a crucial part in shaping cost governance and ensuring alignment across various regions and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance or a related field
- Extensive experience in cost management, financial modeling, or bid support
- Proficient in advanced Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with SAP SAC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a global or matrix organization
Responsibilities
- Organize the quarterly cost release process and coordinate updates across reference sites
- Align scope, schedule, and cost changes with regional teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clarity and alignment
- Support the implementation of a global SAC cost model and contribute to process standardization
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on cost data to support bid strategies
- Oversee global cost governance
