About the role

Job summary

Seeking an experienced manager to lead a Project Cost Management team within the Business Finance department, focusing on delivering data-driven insights for decision-making in pharmaceutical projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably in Economics or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in cost controlling procedures, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience with a medium-sized team.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 project controllers across multiple locations.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and resource planning to ensure team competency.
  • Drive optimization initiatives to enhance processes and deliver insights.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to provide data-driven support for decision-making.
  • Occasional travel to India for team collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and data-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Economics or Engineering preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with PIMS, D365 F&O, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
