Night Auditor (Hospitality, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional service to residents during night hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with various tasks. The Night Auditor will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, security during the night, and preparing breakfast in the morning.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• EU residency or valid work permit for Denmark.
• Availability for night shifts (11pm-7am) and flexibility for varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests during night hours, offering assistance and a warm welcome.
• Conduct late handovers with the Duty Manager and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Prepare and serve drinks, fostering a social environment for residents.
• Set up breakfast buffet and assist kitchen staff in morning preparations.
