Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
  • Experience in Marketing Operations or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational processes and team collaboration.

  • Develop and implement standardized workflows.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of approximately 10 employees.
