Job summary

The role involves supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 1300 employees in Copenhagen, ensuring compliance with local payroll laws and regulations. The position is part of a dynamic Payroll team within the Finance Department, focused on optimizing payroll processes and system integrations.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Fundamental understanding of payroll practices, regulations, tax laws, and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with time registration software (e.g., Intega, AX, D365, Worklinq) is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for Copenhagen-based employees.
  • Verify timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of payroll processes and systems.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related analytics and year-end reports.
