Job summary

This role is essential for supporting payroll operations and employee benefits in a rapidly growing international organization. The position involves ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing while enhancing employee experience through effective benefits management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or a related field, preferably in high-growth or distributed companies.
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, including taxes and compliance.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS tools; experience with Remote.com is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines and sensitive information.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent).
• Bonus: Experience with multi-state payroll and benefits compliance.

Responsibilities
