Qualifications

  • Significant experience in payroll within a client-focused environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation specific to Denmark.
  • Proven experience in payroll implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in local payroll tools and software, including SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics, particularly Denmark.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over processes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and timelines, documenting all decisions made during the implementation.
  • Develop standardized payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to address any challenges.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists in the team.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficient in process improvement and implementation.

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in payroll, accounting, or a related field are preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with payroll software and tools such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets is essential.
