PHP Fullstack Developer (Remote, Europe)

Job summary

The role involves enhancing customer-facing webshop operations by developing and maintaining a seamless user experience. The developer will work across the stack to simplify user journeys and improve conversion rates for food-to-go brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as an independent developer or in a role with full ownership of frontend/customer experience. Webshop experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to design high-converting and simple user experiences.
• Familiarity with collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong skills in frontend and backend development, particularly with HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Ability to work autonomously from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Track record of identifying problems, designing solutions, and delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to continuously improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand customer pain points and create intuitive user experiences.
• Design, refine, and build customer experiences that enhance self-service capabilities and conversion rates.
• Align the web experience with brand, advertising, and sales strategies.
• Manage projects from scoping through development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Enhance systems for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
