Planning Excellence Lead Specialist (Energy, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in tool forecasting and planning within the energy sector, specifically for construction projects. The specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate tool delivery while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in forecasting and planning.
• Background in tools planning, preferably in CPX or Service.
• Proven ability to collaborate in complex organizations with senior management visibility.
• Strong analytical skills to identify key elements in planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• International experience in a multicultural environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of two specialists for key customer segments: Service and Construction.
• Collaborate with Construction, VTO, and Procurement to forecast and plan tools for projects.
• Develop and maintain a strategic 3-year forecast for tools related to new product introductions.
• Train warehouse peers on using predictive models for planning and forecasting.
• Assess the geographical footprint of tools warehouses to optimize cost and delivery performance.
• Analyze tool utilization and implement improvements in planning processes.
